Return Eligibility
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
All returns require prior authorization from OPS Parts. Items returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for verifying part compatibility before placing an order. If you are unsure whether a part is correct for your application, please contact our support team before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
If an exception is approved by OPS Parts, the return may be subject to applicable restocking fees.
Restocking Fees
Eligible returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the product, order value, and condition of the returned item.
Orders finance through Shop Pay Installments (Affirm) are subject to a 5% processing/restocking fee due to non-refundable financing charges.
Any approved return exception may also be subject to applicable restocking fees at the discretion of OPS Parts.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at support@opsparts.com
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization.
Returns are typically received, inspected, and processed within 3-5 business days after delivery to our facility.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Refunds cannot be issued to another payment method or another person's account.
If your purchase was made using a Gift Card, refunds will first be issued back to the Gift Card. Any remaining eligibile balance will be refunded to the original secondary payment method, if applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
OPS Parts does not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order for the correct product and requestion a return for the original item, if eligible.
International Orders
International orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with international orders.
Shipping
OPS Parts primarily ships using UPS and USPS. While customers may request a preferred carrier, we cannot guarantee which shipping company will be used.
Orders placed before 2:30 PM ET generally ship the same business day if all the items are in stock.
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages, which may arrive separately.
Authorized Mercury Dealer
OPS Parts is an Authorized Mercury Marine Dealer. Although we sell genuine Mercury products, all purchases are made from OPS Parts—not Mercury Marine.
All returns, warranty inquiries, and customer service requests must be handled directly through OPS Parts.
