Returns - 20% Restocking Fee on all items with a cost of $500 or more.
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns will be at buyer's expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in it's original package, uninstalled, and unused. Any items with signs of installation, will not qualify for a return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
If an exception is made, items in that particular order will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Re-stocking Fee
Returns on orders paid with Affirm A.K.A "Shop Pay" are subject to a 5% re-stocking fee. Return exceptions are subject to a re-stocking fee of 20%
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns will be at buyer's expense.

Note: It may take between 3-5 business days before your return is received, inspected, and processed.
How Refunds are Issued:
Refunds will be issued to which ever method used to pay. OPS Parts will not refund an account we do not have on file or any other separate accounts.
Refunds issued by Credit Card take 3-5 business days to show on the customers end.
Refunds by PayPal take 1-2 business days to show on the customers end.
Refunds by Gift Card take 1-2 business days to activate.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
OPS Parts does not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to order the item(s) wanted and inquire about returning the item(s) you don't want. This will be separate transactions. Accepted returns will be refunded back to the original payment method upon receiving and inspecting items. Refunds can take 3-5 business days after the refund is processed.
Refunds
We will notify you by e-mail once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@opsparts.com.
If you request a refund on a purchase done with a Gift Card, the refund amount will first be issued to your gift card. If the return payment fails, then we will process the refund to your second form of payment.
No refunds on international orders. No exceptions made.
Shipping
OPS Parts orders are usually shipped in one to two ways. We use UPS and USPS as shipping carriers and we can't guarantee the shipping company used to deliver your products. Shipping cutoff for OPS Parts is 3:30pm EST and your order may be shipped in multiple boxes.
OPS Parts - Authorized Mercury Dealer
OPS Parts is a Authorized Mercury Dealer and not Mercury. All products come from OPS Parts, and ship from OPS Parts, not Mercury. Therefore all returns and exchanges must be through OPS Parts and not Mercury.
