Shipping policy

OPS Parts offers same day shipping before 2:00pm EST for USPS and UPS orders. If your order requires freight shipping, your order will ship within 24-48hrs. We cannot guarantee the shipping company used to deliver your order. Your order may be shipped in multiple boxes and time of delivery may not always be the same.

Shipment Tracking Customers can expect to receive their tracking information via email the day the order ships. If you think your package has been lost in transit, contact our support team. We cannot file a claim on a package prior to expected delivery, or later than 90 days after expected delivery.

Handling Time Typically orders ship on the same day if all items are in stock and if the order is placed before 3PM EST. If any item(s) in your order needs to be ordered from Mercury, handling time may increase from 3 -8 business days. It is advised to check stock before placing an order to verify inventory.

Refusal of Packages If you refuse a package, you will be responsible for the original delivery charges and be charged the fee to ship the package back to us as well as any duties charged to us.

Special Instructions If you wish to give your mail courier special instructions, such as "leave package on back porch," please call customer service to place your order. Special instructions are only allowed with expedited orders, and cannot be made for Standard Shipping orders.

Delays Beyond Our Control Delays in delivery due to "Acts of Nature" or mechanical issues will not be reimbursed.

Deliveries to Hotels When requesting delivering to a hotel, if the front desk refuses the package for any reason you will be responsible for the original delivery charges as well as any charges required to reship the package.

Lost Packages On rare occasions, packages get lost or misplaced by the postal carrier. A claim must be started with the carrier and items re-purchased.

Fraud Fraudulently reporting that a package was not received or any other scheme intended to obtain money or property under fraudulent pretenses is a federal crime.

International Orders/Shipping Order processing take 24-48Hrs. When sending international wires, all clearing fees are paid for by the buyer. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, custom and/or duty fees on exported goods. OPS Parts bill for shipping cost only that does not include additional taxes, custom and/or duty fees on exported goods.
