Replacement oil filter for all V6 MerCruiser sterndrive engines with the oil filter mounted on the engine block.

This Mercury oil filter is designed to provide optimal filtration. Replacing the oil filter on your motor is crucial because a clogged filter restricts the flow of clean oil, leading to inadequate lubrication of engine components, which can result in increased friction, wear, and potential damage to the engine if left unchecked.
